Candidates - Referral scheme
At Thomson Keene we pride ourselves on knowing the financial markets IT sector inside out. But we also know that there is somebody else out there that might know some of it better – you.
What to do
You probably already know or work with somebody that we might be able to help as a candidate. Some of the most successful placements we've made have been candidates that were recommended to us by their friends or colleagues. You may even have been referred to us yourself. Your opinion means a lot to us – you work in the sector, you work with these people on a daily basis and you know their strengths and weaknesses already. With your recommendation we'll be more than happy to talk to them about their own prospects.
To make a referral please contact your consultant with the relevant contact details and we’ll take it from there.
As a simple thank you we have set up a special referrals scheme. For each candidate referral you make to us that results in a successful placement you'll be given vouchers for £250 to spend at Lewins, John Lewis or Thresher. Vouchers will be issued once your referral has completed one month's employment. They aren't cash redeemable – but we're sure you can find some use for them!
